After a lazy start Special 26 has surpassed ABCD by a huge margin and registered a fantastic 26 crore weekend the maximum coming from the multiplexes which is lapping up the film with kisses and hugs of ‘likes’.

The period heist by the talented Neeraj Pandey who gave ‘A Wednesday’ is appreciated for its gripping tale of the 80’s heist powered by brilliant performance by Akshay, Anupam, Manoj and Jimmy.

Opening with a below par 6 crore on Friday the movie jumped to 9 crore on Saturday and 11 crore on Sunday.. With positive word of mouth coming from the cinegoers Special 26 released in 1750 screens is set for a special treat at B.O.
