Trisha to make a big comeback in Telugu

In her homeland. The petite actress Trisha has recently signed up for a role in actor Ajith’s 55th film that is being directed by Gautham Menon. The film is undoubtedly one of the most expected films of the year with Anushka, Vivek and Arun Vijay included in its star cast.

In the neighborhood Telugu industry, Trisha has been roped in as the heroine of Balakrishna aka Balayya in his next film that will be directed by Satyadev. Sources reveal that Balayya personally called on Trisha to discuss her role in the film and later Satyadev flew down to Chennai to narrate the script to her.

Trisha’s mother Uma Krishnan has confirmed that her daughter will be making her comeback in Telugu film industry with the film in which she will be acting for the first time with Balayya.

It is to be noted that Trisha was the top contender for the lead heroine role of Balayya’s latest super hit film ‘Legend’ but the former Miss Chennai had could not accept the offer.

Trisha’s last film in Telugu was ‘Dammu’ that released in 2012.

Meanwhile Trisha’a Kannada debut flick ‘Power’ is getting ready for release. The ‘Endrendrum Punnagai’ actress has been paired up with ‘Powerstar’ Puneet Rajkumar in this Kannada remake of Telugu super hit action adventure ‘Dhookudu’.
