Quite fitting the title will be Vidharth's role in his upcoming film. The actor will play a petty thief who makes a living out of committing petty crimes and escapes without getting nabbed by the cops. The flick is directed by Tamilselvan, who used to assist Seenu Ramaswamy previously, and will also see Sanchita Shetty sharing screen space with Vidharth.

While 'Myna' gave Vidharth a huge break, his second film as hero 'Mudhal Idam' failed to make an impact at the box office. In 'Kollaikaran' Vidharth's character slowly progresses from a petty thief to doing heinous crimes thinking that he can escape unharmed. What happens to the character as the movie progresses forms the crux of the story.

A major chunk of this film has been shot from Kumbakonam and the surrounding areas. The film spins around a village-based character, and has romance and humour too according to sources close to the unit. 'Kollaikaran' too is believed to have a song which will be shot in a bus like the song in 'Myna.'

We hope 'Kollaikaran' fetches Vidharth more credits as an actor and sees more projects coming his way.
