Ilayathalapathy Vijay's 'Bairavaa' which had a tremendous opening in Chennai has had a big drop of collections in Chennai Box Office in its second weekend.

This may be mainly due to the fact that the entire focus of the city was towards the pro-Jallikattu protests in Chennai Marina,

In the last weekend between January 20 to 22, the film was running in 23 screens across the city with a total number of 280 shows screened. The shows had an average 70% occupancy and with that the film has collected Rs.73,52,770 in this weekend.

The total collection in Chennai has surpassed the five crore mark (Rs.5,74,40,270) which is a remarkable feat.

As of now the trade feels that the film is heading towards an Average verdict.
