A few months back actor Suriya had visited Kerala to promote his film 'Si3'. During one of the meeting with fans in Kerala, an ardent fan of actor Vijay met Suriya and requested him to hand over his gift to the Ilayathalapathy. The gift is a portrait of Vijay drawn by the fan himself.

Suriya happily obliged to the fan's request and received the gift with a promise of delivering it to his 'Friends; co-star and a real life friend.

Now it has emerged that Rajasekara Pandiyan, the Director of Suriya's production company 2D Entertainments banner had met Vijay recently in the 'Thalapathy 61' shooting spot and handed over the fan's gift to the 'Theri' star.

Rajasekara Pandiyan revealed this while speaking in a recent function.

Vijay received the gift with a bright smile and conveyed his Thanks to Suriya for his kind gesture.
