Many of us know that Udhayanidhi Stalin is doing a cameo in his production venture ‘Aadhavan’, the Suriya starrer. But there was no exact idea about the kind of role he is playing. For the first time, Udhayanidhi himself has spilled the beans on his character.

“There was a portion in which I just needed to appear behind director K S Ravikumar, who is known for doing cameos in all his movies. All that I had to say is just two lines of dialogue, that too after a lengthy dialogue delivered by the director,” he says.

On the reason behind his decision to appear in front of camera, the young producer from the first family of Tamil Nadu, says, “It was not my decision. When Ravikumar first told me that he had a character in mind for me, I didn’t want to do it. But he finally succeeded in his attempt.”

How was it standing in front of camera? To this question, Udhayandhi says, “When we were ready for the shoot, I realized the fact that the whole unit was watching me. But I managed it somehow thanks to five hours of practice for just two lines.”
