There is a big possibility that the forthcoming film 'Mission Istaanbul' directed by Apporva Lakhia can benefit Zayed Khan in the way the movie 'Sangrash' came as a turning point in Akshay Kumar's acting career.

In most films we have seen this tall and lanky actor doing roles that have different shades of the life of the fun loving, easy going, new generation youth.

The visuals of his character in the forthcoming high octane action packed movie shot in Turkey give us a feeling that his character is of a fully matured man with a no nonsense attitude.

The dark, tough and manly costumes coupled with the glasses and trimmed hair gives a look that has never been experimented on Zayed before.

The young actor also had to do something that he has never done before as part of the preparations for the climax scene of 'Mission Istaanbul'.

The actor had to put in additional mass of 11 kg to increase his body weight to 75 kg so that he could match up in physical terms in the climax with the baddie of the film Nikitin Dheer, who is 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 86 kg during the encounter.

Zayed tells that he has a lot at stake in this new project and it has taught him several new things.

So he is eagerly awaiting the release and the response to his image change as well as one of the most exiting and well made roles in his career.
