Emraan Hashmi who will soon essay the role of Mohammad Azharuddin in an upcoming biopic, is going all out to get under the skin of his character and has been rigorously training to step into the shoes of the cricketer.

Recent buzz has it, that Azhar who shares a warm equation with Emraan, is not only attending these training sessions but also lent Emraan his personal bat for the practices that he has used through several games.

Says a source, "Emraan was practising with Azhar when he bought along his personal bat - He then suggested using that bat in the film as it would look more authentic. The unit has been asked to take extra care of the bat so that it is not misplaced or damaged in any manner. They all know how attached the cricketer is to his personal belonging with which he has played several games for the country".
