When everyone chose to stay away from the controversial Tamil cinematographer – director Thangar Bachchan following his spat with Navya Nair last year, actor Sunil aka Naren has whipped up the necessary courage to work in Thangar's next Tamil film.

Sunil who made his debut in Tamil as Naren with Chithiram Pesuthadi had offers pouring in his kitty after the movie's success.

However the actor was waiting for the right script.

He was approached by Thangar who was impressed with his performance in Chithiram Pesuthadi. Sunil agreed the offer immediately.

Titled Pallikoodam, the movie features Pooja opposite him.
