After undergoing a successful shoulder surgery the actor-producer Shah Rukh Khan is taking the time out session for getting his health back. A team of doctors at the Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai operated on the actor. The team was lead by Dr. Sanjay Desai. The actor injured his shoulder while filming 'Dulha Mil Gaya'. Though SRK was advised by the medicos to undergo immediate surgery for his shoulder the actor kept postponing it due to his busy schedule promoting 'Billu'.

The shoulder surgery took around one and a half hours and was very successful. The surgery was performed arthroscopically where an arthroscope is inserted into the injured area to inspect and repair the damaged area. Though King Khan will be discharged in a couple of days he will be out of work for at least a couple of months.

Once the actor is available he will be busy shooting for Karan Johar's 'My Name is Khan' opposite Kajol and busy cheering the Kolkata Knight Riders in the IPL season which is all set to begin in April.

We wish King Khan a speedy recovery and back in action soon!
