For the first, B-town will witness coming together of National Award winner Priyadarshan and Aamir Khan for a realistic project, based on ‘AIDS’. Filmmaker Priyadarshan himself has confirmed the news about Aamir’s affirmative response to his call. The film deals with the deteriorating scenario of individuals affected by AIDS.

Priyadarshan is far-famed for making distinct flicks of various genres - commercial entertainers and offbeat ones and he wants to make this film more realistic. It’s worth mentioning that ‘My Brother Nikhil’ and ‘Phir Milenge’ were based on such themes.

Meanwhile, Priyadarshan is busy erecting sets for his untitled action-thriller in Karaikudi that features Ajay Devgn and Akshay Khanna in lead roles.
