While ‘My Name is Khan’ remaining the hot buzz of the town, another Karan Johar’s venture is gradually making its way to the limelight.

Tentatively titled as Love You Ma, the film mentioned is the remake of Hollywood flick Stepmom. Directed by Siddharth Malhotra and produced under Dharma Productions, the film has Kajol, Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Rampal. The team is said to have just returned from a shooting schedule in Sydney, Australia.

Insiders revealed that the film carries an important scene where Kajol and Kareena have touched the sensitive issue of racial discrimination toward Indians in Australia. “It's shot in a mall with Kajol, Kareena and a supporting actor. It depicts the storeowner making a racist comment on an Indian boy and Kajol stepping in defence of him. As soon as she hears the nasty comment she tells Bebo, 'We have to teach these goras a lesson!' and gives the shop owner an earful. It's an intense scene that has been beautifully written to capture what the Indian community has gone through in the last few months,” shared the sources.

Besides, the film includes several instances where racism is highlighted. For instance, Kajol rescues an Indian student facing abuse from his Australian friends on campus. According to sources, Siddharth has done immense research and read up several case studies of abuse faced by Indians. He's using all that evidence to create fictional scenes in the film.
