Race sequel struggling to kick start?

Surprising but true, the sequel of Tips last year action thriller ‘Race; helmed by the men in white the Burmawalla brothers Abbas and Mastan is refusing to take off; reason the makers have still to zero down on the actor who will play the villain.
The sequel repeats Saif and Anil Kapoor for the roles but the production house is finding it difficult to zero down on its villain the role which was played by Akshaye Khanna.
The reason why Akshay is not the part of the sequel is unknown and same is the case why John Abraham declined the offer and Niel Nitin Mukesh who was keen was not considered.
Anyways, we don’t know what the Burmawallah brothers and Tips have in their mind but dust is starting to appear on the sequel which was announced with great enthusiasm.
