Celina Jaitely has become the new face of Egypt, as a part of promoting its tourism in India.

The Egyptian Tourism Authority and the Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt announced the actress as the brand ambassador of Egypt at an event, ‘Egyptian Night’, that was held at the Trident Hotel, Mumbai.

Celina unveiled the new logo of Egypt and as well announced the launch of their new advertising campaign in India.

Speaking on the occasion the former Femina Miss India-Universe said, “I have experienced Egypt five times - from the age of six when I first saw the Sphinx and have fallen in love with the country. It is a land of history and a country which will live in everyone's heart. It has tremendous to offer to everyone from the pyramids, the museums to boat rides in the Nile. It is also an underestimated romantic destination.”

Well, so one can hereafter see Miss Jaitely in new avatar, kya?
