His character in Farhan Akhtar’s Don had garnered much attention, but sadly the actor won’t be able to extend his impression in its sequel. The buzz is making rounds that Arjun Rampal will not feature in ‘Don 2’, and his role will be played by a newcomer.

According to sources, the decision was made following creative differences over the script, between Rampal and Akhtar. But don’t think that after this the actor and filmmaker won’t see eye-to-eye. For, these two share good rapport and sources say that the two dissolved the issue amicably.

Anyways, the Don’s sequel is said to involve lots of newcomers, so let’s wait to see which new chap takes up Arjun’s responsibilities….
