While we've heard of fan hysteria before, this is one of those rare cases when we've heard of a fan fainting at the sight of their favorite star. While Hrithik Roshan was on a road trip to Ahmedabad to promoting 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara', one of his fans swooned after seeing him in flesh!

Says a source, "Hrithik was at a mall in Ahmedabad when this happened. He was there for a promotional event along with Katrina Kaif and Abhay Deol, and they'd arrived almost three hours late. In that time, a big crowd of over 5,000 people had gathered to catch a glimpse of the stars. Hrithik was the first to arrive and by then the venue had become hot and claustrophobic. When Hrithik walked in, he passed a guy sitting on the second row. Though Hrithik didn't see the fan as there was a huge barricade, the fan saw him passing by and fainted. Maybe it was the heat but this is the first time that something like this has happened to Hrithik."

Maybe it was the Jesus Syndrome at work? Oh Hrithik, you really shouldn’t look that beautiful all the time!
