After a strong author backed performance in 'Pyaar Ke Side Effects', Mallika Sherawat's next big screen outing is in an item song. But is she complaining? Naah!
How could someone actually complain when you are asked to perform in a movie with Mani Ratnam as a director? This is the reason why Mallika Sherawat, in a guest appearance in the film, has a lot to enjoy in 'Guru' where she jives to the sensuous number 'Mayya Mayya'. A beautiful innovative tune set to music by A.R.Rahman, it has all in it to be a huge success if unleashed at just the right time and promoted well thereafter.
Also, if the film turns out to be a success when it eventually releases on 12th January, the song is certainly going to go a long distance. Now all eyes are set to see how well does Mallika sizzle with a director of the caliber of Mani Ratnam behind the camera?
