According to sources Mani Rathnam’s Raavan’s dubbing is over. Most of the post-production is also over and the movie is slated for a June release.

But eyebrow raising news is that Bachchan bahu besides dubbing for herself in Hindi, she’ll give her own voice for the Tamil version also.

When Aishwarya started working for the bi-lingual ‘Raavan’ she had volunteered to dub for her character in Tamil. But Mani Ratnam took it lightly and was in the idea of using a professional dubbing artiste.

While shooting for the Tamil version, Mani Ratnam had arranged a tutor for Aishwarya to help in her dialogues. But when the film ended the meticulous actress got hold of the language to perfection.

Aishwarya Rai made her debut in films through Mani Ratnam’s Tamil film ‘Iruvar’ in 1997 and only after that she got offers from Bollywood. She’s done a couple of Tamil films as well.

With incredible things happening at ease we can expect Aishwarya to dub in Tamil for the Rajinikanth starrer ‘Endhiran’ also. Aishwarya is one beauty with brains!
