This bond is thickening indeed. Though Bhatts (Mukesh and Mahesh) and Vikram Bhatt had suffered a fall out a few years back, all of has been pretty much dumped into the backyard. This was evidenced first when they decided to make 'Raaz 3' together. Now when Vikram found himself stuck when it came to his most ambitious film till date, 'Dangerous Ishq', it is none less than Bhatts who have come to his rescue by changing plans of their own film 'Jannat 2'.

"Yes, they have shifted the release of 'Jannat 2' for the second time just for Vikram's sake," confirms a close friend of both parties, "Vikram has completed 'Dangerous Ishq' but wasn't finding an appropriate slot when he could have brought his film. He was casually sharing his thoughts with Mukesh Bhatt when he gladly offered him the same release date that he had reserved for 'Jannat 2'. Vikram couldn't believe his ears because in this industry, no one changes his plans unless there is something that helps in their business interest as well."

However that was not the case with Bhatts who came forward to help out Vikram as for them he is a family member all over again. For Vikram's sake, they pre-poned 'Jannat 2' by a week and offered 11th May, it's original arrival date, to Vikram who was more than glad to accept it for 'Dangerous Ishq'.

"This is a superb gesture because 11th May is a terrific date. Any film that arrives on this date enjoys three open weeks for itself since the next biggie (Talaash) hits the screen only on 1st June. Bhatts could have stood their stand but now they would face competition from Vikram himself which arrives immediately after 'Jannat 2'. Also, with 'Tezz' and 'Ferrari Ki Sawaari' on 27th April, it pretty much finds itself in a jam packed state," the source continues.

However Vikram is happy to have come out of the mess and can't thank Bhatts enough. He says, "I was really stuck as I wanted to get a good release date for 'Dangerous Ishq'. The stakes are high for this as it is quite a responsibility to helm Karisma's comeback. Mukesh Bhatt was kind enough to offer me help and swapped 'Jannat 2' plans with my film."

One hopes a certain Emraan Hashmi is happy with the developments though.
