Kannada film actor Upendra seems to prefer to shoot in Mysore instead of Hyderabad for his forthcoming film Kalki. The actor had recently taken off to Hyderabad and was scheduled to shoot there for a month, but is now back in Mysore for the same.

According to Upendra, the locations in Hyderabad did not suit the story in a way that locations in Mysore would. The actor and his team are currently in Mysore and shooting for Kalki is in full swing.

Upendra has spent most of last month writing the script and penning down dialogues for Kalki. He appears in a dual role. One is that of an inspector and the other is that of a greedy businessman.

There are three leading ladies in this film. Upendra has personally seen to the auditions for all the three characters. And to know more about the three leading ladies... watch this space!
