The Kanteerava Indoor Stadium on Sunday evening was flooded with cinema admirers, stars and politicians at the Sun Feast Udaya Film Awards.

There was Hijada dance, spicy fashion show, English songs and the traditional songs in the four hours feast from Sun Feast and Udaya TV.

Karnataka Chief Minister H.D.Kumaraswamy, Deputy chief minister B.S.Yediyurappa were the chief guest on this occasion.

Superstar Shivarajkumar for Jogi and Ramya for 'Amrutha Dhare' bagged the best actor and actress awards. Dr.Vishnuvardhana and Thara were given the special awards for their contribution. Ramesh Aravind the award for giving wonderful results as director from his maiden film Rama Shama Bhama. Arjun of Mental Manja and Manya of Varsha received best debut actor and actress awards. The best screen couple honor went to Darshan and Ramya.

The other awards of Sun Feast Udaya film awards are – Aditi child actress of Mitayi Mane, Supporting actor and Editing Ravichandran, Cameraman GSV Seetharam, Ismail art director – all for Aham Premasmi, dance director Harsha for Akash, stunt director Ravi Verma for Sri, Dialogues Yashwanth Sardesh Pande and Rajendra Karanth for Rama Shama Bhama, Hamsalekha for music of Nenapirali, best story Rathaja for Nenapirali, playback singer Chytra for Amrutha Dhare, Chetan for his song in Nenapirali, supporting actress Arundhati in Jogi, comedian Komal for Varsha, comedy artiste female goes to Shruthi in Rama Shama Bhama and best villain award to Adhi Lokesh for 'Jogi'.
