Prithviraj is the only actor to have established a place for himself in Tamil film industry. Unlike the Malluwood heroines, several actors including Mammootty and Mohanlal who tried their luck in Tamil could not succeed.

With good outings in Kana Kanden and Parijatham, he has emerged a sought-after star in Tamil. He is now slowly spreading his wings.

Prithviraj is now doing a film in Telugu. The film will be directed by Bhooshan. Anjali Zaveri will play his heroine. The movie reportedly went to floors recently. The actor is also busy with good offrers in Malluwood.
