Following the likes of Mammootty and Mohanlal, Dileep is also planning some business associated with cinema. Already owning a production firm titled 'Grand Productions', which has produced films like C.I.D.Moosa and Kathapurushan, Dileep is now planning to built some film exhibition centres. He is constructing three new theatres at Chalakudy. Dileep is also planning to establish a tourist resort in 15 acres of land at Kumarakom.

Dileep's Speed Track and The Don is also getting completed, with in a few days. Both these films are planning to hit the theatres by this Onam. Dileep has also grabbed another priced role in Lohithadas's comeback venture ChakkaraPottan.
