Producer-distributor Tharangini Sasi has decided to postpone their Onam release Janmam to Ramzan as their long overdue Pathaaka is ready for Onam.

Now Suresh Gopi's will enjoy this Onam with the release of Pathaaka which is all set to hit the theatres by Sep 1.

This flick directed by K.Madhu was originally slated for a release in early April, but due to many reasons couldn't reach theatres even after five months.

The film is said to say the controversial story which has got some similarity with the recent political stories associated with the former Industries Minister P.K. Kunhalikutty.

The film has been changed a bit recently and some new scenes to suit the new political atmosphere of the state have been incorporated in the story .
