Meera Jasmine, who is awaiting the release of her Telugu film opposite Balakrishna, is going strong in Tamil.
She has got two biggies in Tamil now. One opposite Dhanush and another with actor-director S J Suryah.
In Parattai alias Azhagu Sundaram, she plays Dhanush's ladylove. Choreographer Raju Sundaram is directing the movie. In Thirumagan being directed by Rathnakumar, she is cast opposite S J Suryah.
'Both the movies feature me in contrasting roles. Big production houses and good technicians. Of course a meaty role forced to accept them,' she says.
Meera is one Malayalam actress who has not given up Mallu movies despite being elsewhere too.
And that is what commitment is all about.
