Mammootty's Kamal film Karutha Pakshikal will get released by the mid of November. The film which was completed some weeks ago presents Mammootty as a Tamil descendent Murugan who makes a living by ironing the clothes of people. The film will tell an intimate tale of Murugan and his three children, who are the representatives of the street people.

Meanwhile, attempts are being made by the film astrologists to change the title of the film which starts in a negative note, Karutha meaning Black. The film will grace the theatres, sometimes with a different name by the 17th of November, as a Ramzan release.

Mammootty who has impressive records in creating long cherished characters, particularly in Kamal films.

Their previous come together in Mazhayetthum Munpe, Azhakiya Ravanan and Rappakal had always wielded some title characters which are considered as some of the best by the star.

And for that reason film buffs are eagerly waiting for Mammootty's another deglamourized layman character in Karutha Pakshikal.
