Samvritha is having a good time at the Malayalam box office. As many of the heroines who had been doing major roles have shifted to Kollywood, Samvritha is getting many supporting roles of prominence.
Recently she has captured hearts with the cameo she had done in Pothen Vava. Also she has done the lead in the first digital movie in Malayalam Moonnamathoral.
'I have always been in the lookout for demanding roles. Even though I acted in Tamil and Telugu, I was adamant that I will not do any sexy roles or scenes. ThatÂs why I avoided many of the offers from Kollywood that came my way', says Samvritha.
Samvritha has recently completed Uyir in Tamil and in Telugu with Dr.Rajashekhar. She is at present playing one of the female leads in the Prithviraj starrer Vaasthavam. She has also got meaty roles in forthcoming films like Janmam and Surya Kireedom. Also she has been casted opposite Arun in the new film Anaamika directed by K.B.Venu.
