Few months before, Jayaram was thought to be in one of the worst phases of his career. But as of now, the actor seems to have plenty of sunshine's left as he is suddenly being casted in a number of new films. He also has a couple of new releases in Malayalam in 'Novel' and 'Magic lamp', which will hit the theatres early next year.

Jayaram is also being casted in a new film in Kollywood, after a gap of few years. The film titled 'Saroja' will be directed by Venkat Prabhu.

Yesteryear's heroine Gauthami will make a come back to silver screen with this film which is produced by AMMA creations. The movie launch of this film which was held last week was attended by celebrity film directors like Sankar and Maniratnam.
