Shaji Kailas is planning to remake his Malayalam super hit 'Chinthamani Kola Case' into Tamil in the title 'Ellam Avan Seyyal'.
Initially 'Notebook' fame Parvathi was fixed to do the title role that Bhavana did in the original. But the latest news is that Bhama, the new sensation of Mollywood who debuted through 'Nivedhyam' will do the lead, instead of Paravathy. The film is all set to start this month.
Parvathy, on the other hand is trying her luck in different languages. She has already done a Kannada film, Milana, with Puneet Rajkumar in the lead, which was a fair hit in the box office. Now the actress will join the Tamil film, ÂPooÂ, starring Srikanth in the lead.
The actress had a role of potential with Mohanlal in the last Malayalam film 'Flash'. But, as the film failed to do big business at the box office, her endeavor too got unnoticed.
