Though her first film in Tamil, ÂNamnadu a remake of Lion didn't fare well as expected, Karthika still has got some good offers in Kollywood.
One of her recent projects includes the remake of Sreenivasan's 'Vadakkunokki Vanthram'.
Comedy actor Karunaas will appear in the lead role as Dindigal. Sarathy, the same role that Sreenivasan has done in the name ÂThalathil Dineshan'. Karthika will appear as the wife of the lead character in this untitled movie.
Karthika is presently acting in M A Nishad's 'Aayudham', which is being canned in and around the capital city. She has also completed her shoot for the character in AMMA's ÂTwenty TwentyÂ, again as the heroine to Suresh Gopi.
