Considering the present day popularity of comedy actor Suraj Venjaramoodu, many producers and directors were roaming around the actor with offers to make a film with the star as the hero.

Somehow, Suraj resisted from being in the lead for quite some time, as he very well remembered the fate of some who tried likewise and ended up, now where.

But now Suraj seems to be rethinking about the offers and has given the positive nod to debutante director Shibu Prabhakar. His debut film titled ‘Duplicate’ will feature Suraj in the lead. Amritha and Maithili will be the heroines of this movie produced by Ajoy Sebastian in the banner of Scion International film Factory.

The movie will start its shoot by thus month end at Ottappalam.
