Lal in ‘Mahendrajaalam’

Rajeevnath, the famous art house director will take a new turn in his filmi career and will present his first commercial movie in the title ‘Mahendrajaalam’. The project planned to take off next year will feature Mohanalal in the major role. Also in the cast will be Reema Kallingal, Anoop Menon and Raj Tushy. Anoop Menon will script this movie for Rajeevanath.

Incidentally Rajeevnath's previous movie ‘Pakal Nakshatrangal’ was also from the same team. After the commercial debacle of the movie, most of the share of the accolades went to Anoop Menon while Rajeevnath was criticised for the old patterns of directorial style which is said to be the reason of the downfall of the movie at the Box Office.
