Thilkan's car crashes killing two

A car driven by actor Thilakan crashed against an auto rickshaw, killing two kids travelling in the rickshaw. Farseen Khan (6) and Fathima Fida(2), the kids of Feroze Khan and Jaseena were killed in the accident while their parents travelling in the same auto rickshaw was admitted to a near by hospital with serious injuries.

The accident happened when the actor, on his way to the sets of the new Ali Akbar movie at Nilambur in Malappuram district, collided with the auto rickshaw driven by the father of the two children at Schoolpadi near Pandikkad. The car was overtaking another vehicle when it crashed with the auto and went upside down. Feroze khan and his family were coming to Jaseena's house at Payyanad when the accident occurred.Thilakan, who became nervous and suffered a chest pain after the collision was also admitted to a private hospital at Perinthalmanna.

The local police has registered a case against Thilakan under Section 304 for culpable homicide not amounting to murder.
