Talented actress Lekshmi Menon is totally fed up of the kind of roles coming her way. All of them shows her as the village belle or the girl next door. The constant repetition has led her to taking some bold stance. According to Lekshmi, she will not be doing any such roles again.
Lekshmi says that she is keen to do modern roles. She added that she is all for glamour if the script is right. She also says that she she is ready to take up Malayalam movies if the script is exceptional. However, the actress made it clear that she prefers Tamil movies since this is where her talents as an actress were recognized.
