Shyamaprasad says Nivin is too smart to fall for such trash

A news concerning ace director Shyamaprasad had been gaining popularity which said that he found Nivin's acting range limited. However, the director has slammed the report saying that this is an example of yellow journalism and that the third rate magazine has done this for cheap publicity.

In his lucid post, Shyamaprasad talks about Nivin as a "promising actor" who would not be put off by such banal headlines and that Nivin is too smart to believe such trash. He added that he is confident about the contribution that Nivin is going to make to cinema in the days to come. Nivin has acted in two Shyamaprasad movies by now - 'Ivide' and 'English'. More of their associations are expected in the days to come.
