Meera Jasmine is slowly emerging as an actress who can hold a film on her own.
This National award winning actress is on a hot streak in Tamil.
Her recently movie Sandakozhi has got her great reviews. In fact, critics say her performance --- as an impish girl --- is the highlight of the movie. Her previous movie Kasthuri Maan (remake of the Mallu movie of the same name) also got her rave acclaims.
Now she is being boldly cast in new roles.
In Malayalam, Lenin Rajendran is all set to begin a movie with Meera Jasmine in the lead.
Though there is a strong male team (Sunil, Jagadi, Lalu Alex), the movie is set to revolve around Meera and her characterization.
The other highlight would be the presence of Bhanupriya. The veteran gets an important role in the movie.
