Much was talked about actress Gopika, when she made her debut in Tamil with Autograph. Her performance was much acclaimed in the movie and she signed a slew of films in Tamil.
Unfortunately her subsequent films failed to make any impact as a result of which she finds herself in a spot of bother now. With no big offers in Malayalam and just a solitary movie in Tamil, Gopika's career is at the crossroads.
Her last release in Tamil was Totti Jaya opposite Silambarasan. She was committed to act opposite Dhanush in Ashokamithran. Unfortunately the movie could not go to floors as the actor was preoccupied with Pudhupettai.
In spite of her best efforts, Gopika doesn't have any new film. And, she hasn't exactly signed up any new film in Malayalam either.
