Enter March- a month of school examinations and related hectic schedules. Mollywood filmmakers also prefer not to make any releases for the month, as they very well know from their previous experiences that films released on March never do well at the Box office.

The year too will have a few dubbing films, and low profile movie releases for the month. The important release that is scheduled for March is Mohanlal's 'Aakashagopuram’, scheduled for March 20. An offbeat flick, there is not much expectations on the box office run of the flick.

Yesterday, two dubbing films 'Attam' and 'Kanal' were released in 25 centers, which opened to average responses. Narain's 'Anjathey' also started yesterday in major centers all across Kerala.

With no other important releases for the month, the dark horse in the theatres will be Pyramid Saimaira’s ambitious English movie - 'Dragon Wars' (D-War). The Korean made Hollywood movie with magnificent special effects, tells the story of a beautiful young woman, who possesses the power to transform a legendary giant serpent into an almighty dragon who can only ascend into heaven with the woman's ultimate sacrifice. The plot which passes through ages has the reincarnated women and her lover who fight with the forces of darkness, who are out to claim the young woman as their own.

Known to be the biggest international hit among Korean movies, the film was in the making for the last six years. Directed by Shim Hyung- Rae, this fantasy, action adventure is all set to get released by the 28th of March in more than thirty centers in Kerala.
