Mammootty was more than successful, portraying the role of the superstar Ashokraj in the recent hit 'Katha Parayumpol'. The film made the big headlines and the superstars Rajinikanth and Shahrukh Khan were the few who wants to be in the role, in the remakes of this film.

After this unprecedented success, Mammootty is again playing himself in the new film 'One Way Ticket' which has Prithviraj in the lead.

Mammootty will be appearing in a short cameo as super star Mammootty, in the film. The film has Prithviraj as Kunjaapoo, a Jeep driver who is an ardent fan of the star. The film will feature some scenes which will have the super star giving support to his fans who are more involved in social support activities than the promotion of the stardom.
