Every year Vishu season showcases the best that is made in Mollywood. Due to the summer vacations and free young audiences, the films released during the season are expected to do very well at the box office.

Last year too, Mollywood had three good hits in ‘Vinodhayathra’, ‘Big B’ and ‘Chotta Mumbai’, which were released during the season. But this year, all the films that have been released for this Vishu carry mixed reactions from the first week audiences.

None of them show promises to become a huge hit, even though Lal's 'Innathe Chintha Vishayam' will manage to become a profit maker. The audience pull of Dileep's ‘Mulla’ has stopped by the third week. This weekend, the movie just managed to bring in less than 40 percent viewers in major centers.

Meanwhile, Balachandra Menon's ‘De Ingottu Nokkiye' will be the biggest dud of the season with almost all type of viewers registering their dislike on the film.

All the eyes are now on 'Annan Thampi' the Mammootty starrer which will hit the theatres by the 17th of this Month.

The producers of the movie, Marikkar Films are planning to get the film released in more than 75 centers. Anwar Rasheed, the director of ‘Annan Thampi’, assure that the film is a full fledged entertainer which will definitely bring in masses.
