Calcutta festival to feature three Malayalam films

The prestigious Calcutta festival will feature three Malayalam films in its competition section, this year. The state award winners of the years like M G Sasi's ‘Adayalangal' and Lenin Rajendran's 'Rathri Mazha' are the entries into the section.

While the surprise entry came in the form of East Coast Vijayan's debut feature 'Novel' which was not a big talk among the critics or masses, either.

The movie which was released early this year has Jayaram and Sadha in the lead roles.

The festival will held from tenth to the seventeenth of November, this year at Calcutta.
