As horror smells it revival in Bollywood, thanks to RGV’s ‘Phoonk’, others who had made hay while the terror shines like Vikram Bhat in ‘1920’, are now taking dig at the prolific maker who is known for changing the definition of scare in Bollywood and the sound effect of smart gimmick called marketing. At a press conference of Vikram’s forthcoming horror, ‘Shaapit’ starring newcomer Aditya Narayan (son of singer Udit Narayan’) and Shweta Agarwal, Vikram took a dig at RGV.

When he was quipped that what price he would announce to challenge his viewers like RGV’s Phook 2 contest of 5 lakhs, Vikram took a smart dig at RGV and sarcastically replied, “I am a filmmaker not a scientist.” He further added that, “I am here to make film and not experiment and commenting on the Poook 2 contest.” “Its more challenging to scare hundreds at one time and not one alone with the help of machines,” he said. It was witty and fair till now. But the last statement sounded personal when Vikram concluded with, “Last time when I checked myself, I was a filmmaker.”…… now that’s up to you to decide what does it mean………..
