The much expected sequel to 2012 super hit thriller film Pizza titled as Villa will be releasing on November 14. The film starring Ashok Selvan who played a vital part in Soodhu kavvum plays the lead role in the film and Sanchita Shetty is the lead lady. Nasser also plays a pivotal role in this film diected by debutante Deepan Chakravarthy.

The film produced as a joint venture of Thirukumaran Entertainments and Studio Green has music by Santhosh Narayanan who composed music for all of the Thirukuaran Entertainments' previous films. The TN rights for the film has been snapped by Abi & Abi pictures.

Meanwhile Vijay Sethupathi starrer Rummy is also releasing on the same day. The film directed by Balakrishnan has music by D.Imman and the songs are already topping the charts. This film which also has Inico Prabhakaran as another hero wll be distributed by JSK Film Corporations that released out of box films like Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kanom, Paradesi and Thangameengal
