Mani calls out 'Krishna Krishna'

Director Vishnuvardhan's younger brother Krishna, who tested waters as a hero in ‘Alibaba’, has been reportedly approached by Mani Ratnam for his forthcoming venture ‘Ashokavanam’, which has Vikram and Aishwarya Rai in the lead roles.

Krishna, while accepting that he was asked to do a role in the film, says that however he is not acting due to some unavoidable reasons.

A multilingual movie, ‘Ashokavanam’ has been titled ‘Ravana’ in Hindi with Abhishekh playing the lead. The film is based on Ramayana, it is said.
