At this time when his ‘Aval Peyar Thamizharasi’ is being screened in Dubai Film Festival, we caught Meera Kadhiravan.

“We can explain emotions with certain names and that’s why I named my film as ‘Aval Peyar Thamizharasi’. The title will kindle the expectation of the audience and they would want to know who that Thamizharasi is. I have showed Jai as a young man who is traveling to find out a girl who he loved. It’s all about the journey and his old memories. I have made the film in a way which fans would love to watch it again. The film shows Jai’s life from an eight year old kid to a 30 year old man,” shared the director.

“I will have to surely tell about my heroine. Though the heroine Nandhagi has acted in a few films, we feel that ‘Aval Peyar Thamizharasi’ would give her a break. All the character in the film would be so natural and normal. You would feel that you are seeing someone from your native place,” signed off the director who is waiting to see the response of his Thamizharasi.

Moser Baer Entertainments' ‘Aval Peyar Thamizharasi’ has music by Vijay Antony, lyrics by debutant Egadasi, editing by Raja Mohamed and cinematography by P G Muthiah.
