Popular stunt choreographer Jaguar Thangam has filed a complaint with Greater Chennai police commissioner J K Tripathy that he was threatened by Tamil Nadu Producers Council (TFPC) president S A Chandrasekaran and others at a recent meeting of the TFPC.

In his complaint, Thangam, who is also a member of the Council, said that it was decided at the March 19 meeting of the TFPC to float a new workers' association. "I requested S A Chandrasekaran to announce this decision to the press, to which he refused," stated Thangam.

The stunt master added: "I later alleged that the shooting of 'Thupaki' (which has SAC's son Vijay in the lead role) is going on without any hindrance, while the shooting schedules of other films were affected due to the tussle between producers and workers."

"Following this, supporters of SAC threatened me that they would be forced to take thuppakki (gun) if I talked about Thupaki. SAC, Thenappan, Kalaipuli S Thanu verbally abused me and an attempt was also made to assault me," he added!

His complaint has been forwarded to T Nagar Assistant Commissioner Ashok Kumar.
