STR, who is shooting back to back for a slew of movies in which is playing the lead, took time off to flew to Bengaluru, to greet his good friend Sudeep on his birthday.

Simbu was one among the select invitees handpicked by the 'Naan Ee' villain for his birthday bash. Known for giving much importance to friendship, Simbu took a flight, reached the capital city of Karnataka, and wished Sudeep.

"How can I stay away from the birthday celebrations of Sudeep," asks the 'Young Superstar'. adding: "He is a very nice person and a good friend of mine."

STR is currently busy with 'Podaa Podi', 'Vettai Mannan' and 'Vaalu'. Among the three, 'Poda Podi' is expected to hit the screens first, followed by 'Vaalu' and 'Vettai Mannan'.
