Deepika Padukone's sweet home delivery

Deepika Padukone is currently shooting in Kolkata for her upcoming film Piku`, alongside Amitabh Bachchan and Irfan Khan. The tall, dimpled beauty has been in the city for a while and has been exploring the cuisine and delicacies which Kolkata is known for.

We were told that one of the crew members recommended Deepika to have Sandesh from a sweet shop and also went ahead and ordered one on set. The actress loved Sandesh (which was made of jaggery and milk) so much that she not only shared it with her team members but was also was keen to send back a box home to Bangalore.

As it can be noted, Sandesh needs to be consumed within 24 hours. So Deepika sent someone from her team to deliver the sweet home.
