Laya is the most unfortunate actress of our times. Or so it seems.
The true blue Andhra girl has not had any great offers here.
These days she has been very busy in Malayalam. If anything, Kerala people seem to appreciate her talents more than they do in Tollywood as she has been paired up with likes of Mammooty, Mohanlal and Jeyaram.
Anyway, many were happy that she got a chance to act in the Telugu flick Devathalu.
But that hope seems to have nipped in the bud. Now the news is that Laya is out of Devathalu.
The film is directed by Kodi Ramakrishna and produced by G Srinivasa Reddy.
The only consolation here is the fact that Laya has been replaced by Bhanupriya, a talented performer who is in need of break in her second coming.
Bhanupriya was last seen in Chatrapathi---- she played the mother of Prabhas.
