On the one hand the entire Telangana region is observing bandh. The Film Chamber had announced its voluntary participation in bandh and almost all the shootings were cancelled for these two days and even the bandh is being observed by the cinema theatres.

Notwithstanding all this, the shooting of 'Bodyguard' directed by Gopichand Malineni and produced by Bellamkonda Suresh on the banner of Sri Sai Ganesh Productions is continuing non-stop.

The shooting of the film is in progress at a guesthouse owned by the producer himself at Gandipet in Hyderabad. Some important scenes involving Venkatesh and Ali are being shot now.

Trisha is pairing up with Venkatesh for the third time and is eyeing a hattrick hit with him. Thaman is scoring music. The film is the remake of a Malayalam film 'Bodyguard'.
